ASSIGN TICKETS TO ADMIN / MODERATOR

Open a ticket. In the “Assign To” section, select the user you want to assign the ticket to from the list of users.

ASSIGNED QUESTIONS LISTED

In the “My Ticket” section, the extension will list out the tickets that have been assigned to you.

EMAIL NOTIFICATION

An email notification is sent to a user when a ticket is assigned to him/her. The ticket will also be marked as assigned in the ticket window, as well as the main ticket interface.
